All plants are living organisms. Plant appearance, size, and coloration may vary from photos due to natural growth and shipping conditions. Minor variations are not considered defects.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. SHIPPING
We ship live plants using insulated packaging. Shipping times vary by carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. RETURNS
Live plants are non-returnable due to their perishable nature. See our Return and Refund Policy for our Live Arrival Guarantee.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on timoscape.com including photos, text, and branding belongs to Timoscape and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Timoscape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
