Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends to avoid plants sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: USPS First Class or Priority Mail (2–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days)
Free Shipping

Packaging
Plants are carefully wrapped in moisture-retaining materials (wet paper towels or sphagnum moss) and sealed in plastic bags. We use heat packs or cold packs as needed based on your location and the current weather conditions.

We stand behind every plant we ship. If your order arrives dead or severely damaged, we will make it right.
How to Claim
- Take clear photos of the damaged plants within 24 hours of the delivery scan
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and photos
- We will review and offer a full replacement or refund promptly
Important Notes
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp
- Some leaf yellowing or minor melting during transit is normal and not covered — plants will recover
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off
- In extreme weather conditions (below 20°F or above 100°F), we may hold shipments for your plant's safety and will notify you
