SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Live plants are packed fresh for each order.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
• Standard Shipping: $5.99
• Free Shipping on orders over $35
• We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) or UPS Ground depending on your location.

LIVE PLANT SHIPPING
We take extra care packing live plants with insulated packaging and heat/cold packs when necessary. Plants are shipped Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays at carrier facilities.

We do NOT ship during extreme weather conditions (heat waves or freezing temperatures) that could harm your plants. If we need to hold your order for weather, we will notify you by email.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package via USPS or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally due to USDA plant import regulations.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:
1. Check with neighbors and your local post office
2. Contact us at vanthuyet1990@gmail.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
